Awesome Avilla and Camping book GPS failure

We have been wild camping now since Friday ( wild camping for the uninitiated is setting up camp any where other than a campsite ..with no facilities such as water ,showers ,Loo emptying )
We can usually do about 4 days …and this is the 5th…so off to a GPS location with serviced parking ..we hadn’t any intensions of staying just get water on board and empty Loo ….how ever the location had been upgraded to a building site ..ok what to do now …go to a supermarket for big bottles of water and use cafe toilets ….or pee in the shower …HE found a few trees …and on to Aviila …
Avila’s old city with walls and eight monumental gates eighty eight watch towers ..two thousand five hundred turrets is one of the best preserved medieval bastion in all Spain but only has a coach park for us without facilities …but what we did get was the local marching band practice from 19-00 hrs till 23-30 ….as it’s coming up to Easter a Durge /slow march was practiced again and again by the youth side of the band …no one seemed to be able to hold a tune ..it got better later when the Dads took over ..but very amusing and I thought enchanting with our pasta supper and samples of white wine at 75 cents per Lt. carton now to named a brick of wine ..needs to be very cold or with soda to be palatable but whose complaining at that price …We open a decent red from home and the band played on…and on and on ….
